Hi! I'm Mrs. Day and I can't wait to meet you soon!

Before we meet, let me tell you a little about myself.


I am married to my husband Thomas, and we have two children: Lucas, 10, and Elliot, 7. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis on literacy and math. I taught for five years in the Wilder school district, before deciding to open my own preschool in 2018. When I'm not teaching, my family and I enjoy going on hikes, swimming, traveling, and playing games.


I am finishing up my 13th year teaching, 8th doing preschool and kindergarten, and I absolutely love it! My favorite part is seeing my students' eyes light up when they grasp a new concept. It's so magical! I truly feel that teaching is my calling in life, and I can't wait to teach your little one.

When you're at Rainbow Day's Preschool, you're family! We're conveniently located in the Danbury Fair subdivision, Meridian . You'll love our warm, bright in-home school, and your child will love our 1-on-1 attention with our small class sizes of just 6 students!

We are strictly a school (not a daycare) for children ages 3-6 (and independent 2.5-year-olds). We offer MORE THAN just school... Not only do we help your child socialize and get ready for kindergarten an

d beyond, we also offer monthly field trips & events for your entire family so we can experience the magic of school... TOGETHER.

Step #2: CHOOSE A CLASS

Preschool & Pre-K

2 Days/Week: $180/mo.

Preschool -- 2.5 - 3.5 Year Olds

  • T_TH 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

  • T_TH 12:45-3:15 p.m.

2 Days/Week: 1st and 3rd week each month AND

3 Days/Week: 2nd and 4th week each month

$225/mo.

Pre-K -- 3.5 - 5 Year Olds

  • ​M_W_F 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

  • ​M_W_F 12:45 - 3:15 p.m.

Due to high demand, our classes fill up ridiculously fast. Please call as soon as you think about enrolling so we can see if we have a spot for you. If we do have a spot, we'll schedule a tour. We'll also reserve your child's spot so you don't lose it before we meet. Please bring your child so we can make sure our school will be a good fit for them. During the tour, we'll tell you all about us, and let your child play in our school. At the end, we'll ask: "Would you like your child to come to Rainbow Day's Preschool?" If so, that's when we'll have you fill out the registration form and we'll collect the $100 registration fee .
